The Editor-in-Chief of UI journals is proud to announce the inaugural issues of International Journal of Education and Culture (IJEC) and International Journal of TESOL and Learning (IJTL) and the second issues of Language and Communication Quarterly (LCQ) and Leadership and Policy Quarterly (LPQ) published by Untested Ideas Research Center, Niagara Falls, New York, USA. Untested Ideas Research Center will publish the Inaugural Issue of International Journal of Social and Educational Rankings (IJSER) in December 2013.
